Fantastic location. It's been a much loved home. The pictures and the description above are brutally honest. If you're looking for a ready-to-move- in glam house this is not for you. The home is liveable but in poor condition. The property is sold as-is, and is priced accordingly. I believe that the structure of the house is hardwood and sound, however some window trimming, and an area of the floor in the kitchen has suffered damage from rot and termites (currently being treated).
