- Each bedroom is furnished with a big wardrobe, a bed, a bedside table, a desk, and a chair.
- Ducted central heater warming each room.
- Shared fridge, oven, and washing machine.
- The rent is $455 per week.
- Utilities not included. About $100 per week.
- Bond is 30 days of the rent, $1950.
- The total payable before moving-in will be $455 rent x 4 weeks plus $1950 bond = $3770
- You are welcomed to bring your own furniture, since there is enough space.

I would like each of the tenants to be:
- Having savings and a stable job, or being a student and supported by parents. Will need to see evidence.
- NOT a smoker or a drinker.
- Tidy
- Pets limited to cats and smaller
