We can't believe we've found it!! (Refer to video link below)

We've been looking for ages and everything else is two story-we want single level, free standing accommodation, with no strata hassles. Something Torrens Title to call our own and if it's not too much to ask can we have some courtyard space for Rover and I do have a green thumb, so a small garden is essential.

We love the security, it's so convenient to lock up and leave when we go on our overseas holidays. The car is safely locked away but I must admit we hardly use it now, everything is so close. We have just enjoyed the latest movie, the only problem is where to dine-so many choices and the coffee selection on The Parade is second to none.

I can't wait to have the family visit, our guest bedroom has the feel of a 5 star hotel. It is self indulgent but the third bedroom would make and excellent home office-somewhere to hang my sports memorabilia and ill finally finish my novel that I've been working on for years. I love our lounge room- it's so big-a real show piece, the formal dining area is just divine- the porcelain tiles look so classy, we have always wanted this. Our kitchen is to die for, Caesar stone bench tops, built in wine storage and quality appliances and our pantry isn't an afterthought- it's substantial. Our flat screen fits perfectly in our casual area, very comfortable and the bi-fold timber doors open out to our favourite place-our entertaining alfresco area, outdoor living at its best. Rover seems happy he has room to roam-and I have my garden shed to potter in.

I've bee thinking, there's enough room for a lap pool-that can be our next project but for now it's time to relax and unwind, almost time to retire to our luxurious master suite-the air conditioner is on- life is the goods on woods.
