The 1840s solid stone building with its original multi-pane shop front windows has been extended using traditional materials of iron, timber, glass & stone, the theme carried on in the landscaping, fencing & shedding throughout the property. Ancient palm trees planted when the shop was first built still stand beside the verandah today.

The interior is of fresh clean lines, large rooms, polished concrete floors, white rendered walls, down lighting & high white painted timber panel ceilings with a harmonious semi open plan flow existing between all spaces, keeping rooms connected yet just slightly separate. A level step up from all other rooms there are two queen size bedrooms one featuring an open fire place, a spacious lounge room in what was the original shop space features solid timber flooring & a trap door to access the huge cellar below.

The original old iron gates still secure the property.
