THE MYTHS ABOUT LIVING ON A MAIN ROAD THE VENDORS POINT OF VIEW.

People often assume that it would be difficult to live on a Main Rd, especially near corner next to a set of traffic lights. Having lived on a main road (138 Kensington Rd) for almost 20 years I can truthfully say, That this is a myth. It is totally incorrect.

1.
Driving out of the driveway is very safe.
There is a turning circle in the driveway so you can go out head first.
and easy because
you have a red light stopping the oncoming traffic.
When the lights are red the traffic is stopped.
The same applies to pulling into the driveway.

When the lights are red, it is so easy to turn right into the property.

2. Traffic noise is not a problem.
The property is set well back from the road with trees and hedge fence. This completely deadens any traffic noise.
Inside traffic noise is not noticed at all, in fact
the first thing visitors notice is how quiet it is.

3.
Privacy is limited Living on a Main Road.
In fact there is more privacy on a Main Rd than in a Suburban St.

Home security is better.

There are constant police patrols on a main road and if anything unusual is happening the general public report it .
With elect security is really very high.

THE VENDOR POINTS OF INTEREST:

Some of the Unique and Wonderful Qualities of 138 Kensington Rd
Walk in Cool room and freezer replacing the need for a fridge and freezer
Great for entertaining, Party time is a breeze, Just put everything in the cool room Cartons of alcohol,
Guest's platters .. size is no problem, anything and everything that a normal fridge cannot handle.

The home is wired for sound inside and out which great for entertaining especially in summer on the deck right next to the pool in the plush, tropical Balinese inspired garden. Swimming in the pool on a warm summers night with atmospheric lighting is like swimming in a tropical grotto and wired music inside and out.

The garden was planted 20 years ago and has been lovingly looked after.
With a licensed bore taking care of the watering system it has almost formed it's own eco system. Some of the plants are even older. Growing anything in this garden is a breeze. There are bulbs and annuals that just pop up every year that are still a surprise even after 20 years.

We have loved living in this wonderful home.
