It has extreme sentimental value, I have lived her for 26 years since I was a teenager. Its comfortable and cosy has a great outside undercover area for outside entertaining and a decent size backyard for the area. I love my Colorbond roof, living across the road from the park and close to public transport. I also like the area and I feel extremely safe living here. Fantastic neighbours! It is a house I would love to keep if financial circumstances allowed it as I would have loved to passed down to my daughter when she was older. I bought the house off my Mother. It is a sad sell but it is time to move to the next phase of family life and into a bigger home.
