I Just Get Better With Age.
I might be in my 60s, but I'm a real catch – a sturdy white weatherboard with generous proportions of (approx) 781m2. Sure, I've had some work done – rewiring, solar hot water – but I'm no fake. I've got solid hardwood floors under the carpet, 2 bedrooms, an impressive lounge room, 2 toilets, air conditioning, a space heater, and a single lock up garage/workshop. I'm taller than average, around 9ft high, and a bit of a romantic, with wall cornices, galley kitchen, gorgeous citrus trees and a greenhouse out back. Just 300 metres from Nunawading station, with sexy new townhouses next door, and great shopping like Brandsmart and Forest Hill Chase around the corner, I'm definitely going places. Make a date and let's test our chemistry. If it's for lunch, there are fruit and veggies on hand in the garden: potatoes, cherry tomatoes and lemons. We could sit out back on the lawn, have a picnic – talk about the future. I'm really open to suggestion – knock me down, build me up, make me over. Just don't leave me here alone. I'm so ready for a new relationship. And I reckon you're never too old to fall in love.
