The garden's done, the lawn and pergola area great for outdoor entertaining and for the kids and dog.
The first genuine buyer in will snap this up. Land size approximately 660 sqm.
DON'T YOU BE THE ONE TO MISS OUT.
As a side note;
The "Louvre Roof" received its name from the gablets built onto the ridge cap and fitted with wood or metal louvres. Ventilating air was drawn into the roof cavity from open eaves and discharged via the louvres.
The roof has a wide span covering all the main part of the house, rising to a single ridge. The style was developed to provide ventilation. In later years ornament took precedence and while the gablets remained as features, they lacked the ventilating louvres.
