Q.What is your favourite feature / features of the home?

A. My favourite feature of my house is the open plan living leading to the outdoor area where I
spend a lot of time. The back garden has beautiful lush green plants and has a feeling of
serenity. It is also low maintenance. The two bedrooms are far enough away from each other for privacy. I also have the peace of mind that my home is very secure, nestled between 2 houses also with the front door being behind the roller door. The roller shutter on the front bedroom adds to security.

Q. What are you going to find the hardest to leave?

A. I will be sad to leave as i have done so much to make it a warm and inviting place to spend my time.

Q. What do your friends say about your property?

A. How wonderful my home is for entertaining my friends. That within 2 minutes i can walk to the beach or meet friends at Jetty Road at Brighton. That Public transport is only a short stroll or a 2 minute drive.

Q.What time of the year is the property the loveliest and why?

A. Summer is my favourite time of the year, i enjoy being outdoors either entertaining or just relaxing in the sun. The home is so comfortable
