So, my owners were talking the other day and apparently they need to upsize; there is another baby on the way and they need more space! Yes, that's right - they certainly did not stop at my pergola; my rear garden was redesigned and now I have a stunning new lawn! They installed 3 raised timber vegetable beds, a brand new chicken coop and espaliered fruit trees including a cherry, apple, apricot and peacherine tree - all set up with an automatic sprinkler system, on timers and everything - I have to say, I am feeling very self-sufficient right now.

Honestly, I thought I was a pretty good catch before they did all this work - you know - bay window in my master, large spacious kitchen, 3-way bathroom plus en-suite, fully fenced yard with 6.0 x 4.2m shed with concrete floor & power................ but now - well, I truly am beautiful on the inside and the outside - not to mention - very low maintenance!

I do understand that it's time for them to move on, but I really did cherish our time together and I know they feel the same way. I mean, I guess after all this work I am still the same old reliable me - I haven't changed - well, maybe a little bit.

I know that someone will love me for who I am, I mean, I'm not boasting but I live right in the heart of Oakbank, I am surrounded by other amazing homes, and I am just walking distance to the Oakbank Hotel, I mean I really am position perfect.
