Living close to just about everything has been so convenient with Jetty Road in particular only
5 mins away. It's so quick to be able to do any shopping there is also an abundance of cafes
and take-aways too!! The beach, walking the dog every day and taking the kids to some lovely reserves and playgrounds in and around the area, have all been very relaxing. A couple of sports ovals are nearby as well.
The house is very secure and we have always felt extremely safe with the children growing up from a
young age and now to adults. They walked to the nearby Primary and High schools and when they
started working -just caught the tram into the city. UNI and TAFE were very convenient too.
There is plenty of room for entertaining near the pool area and the wonderful self contained unit has been so convenient for guests staying over and especially when the kids friends stayed overnight
