Dear reader
I don't know what to do. I'm so upset. Recently, I overheard my owners mention something about 'work opportunities' and the dreaded 'R' word....relocation.
I can't believe it, I was to be their forever home.
I'm so confused right now, they've spent over $20,000 on me (that's right...$20,000!). Are they crazy? You don't spend that sort of money and then just up and leave me.
I've had:
- Over $3,000 of additional insulation installed throughout my entire roof cavity.
- A large Nectre mega slow combustion heater together with a fully ducted heat transfer system installed...which even heats the ensuite (hmmm toasty)
- A new Bosch dishwasher
- A folding attic ladder together with lighting
- Light sensors installed in the garage and at the entrance (they say the front really is my best angle)
- My downlights were ALL replaced with LED lights (I know I'm boasting, but I have 54)
- Bespoke cabinetry installed into the study (although the kids love me as a gaming room)
- My rear garden was redesigned and now I have a stunning new lawn (although I'd prefer the dog didn't love me so much!).
What more can I do? Is 5 bedrooms not enough? Built-in robes and a walk-behind closet not convenient? A huge kitchen with an AMAZING butler's pantry, stunning bathrooms and a living/dining area that is massive, plus I'm fully fenced, have a powered shed and even rainwater storage. And did I forget to mention, I'm within walking distance to the supermarket, school and swimming pools.
They've tried to be gentle, saying it's not me it's them. But I'd fallen in love with them all...Mum, Dad, the little people - and as much as it hurts to say, even the dog.
I just want a family to love and who can love me the way they did (no, I'm not crying...I just have something in my window).
So if you think we could be a match, maybe we could catch up for a coffee or a drink? I have a beautiful entertaining area where we could meet.
I don't want to brag but I have so much to offer, way more than I can write...just ask Andrew & Nikki, they'll tell you.
