The day of the auction was an emotionally-charged and tense day for all of us and, once again, Craig’s conduct and support on the day was faultless.   We were particularly impressed with his running of the auction.The sale of a long term family home is not a happy occasion.  My feeling was that Craig understood the emotions and problems that this situation give rise to.  He always listened to our input and respected our need to take time with some decisions.  We were pleased with the result of the auction and the after sales service provided by Hodges.  If I lived in the area and wanted any real estate advice or service, I would call Craig without hesitation."
