So if you only look at my pictures you will find I'm a little old and I've got the odd wrinkle or two, a blemish here a crack or two there but you see I've been here 60 odd years and oh man have I lived them! I've sheltered an amazing family, helped three girls become ladies, watched them grow and find their way, some of the stories I could tell you but I won't because mums the word (hey girls!), the laughs, the tears, the joy, over the many years.

But now I'm looking for someone new, someone who can love me and help me make the next 60 years great too. I know I've got so much to offer especially in my amazing location, close to schools, public transport options, Southgate shopping centre, walking/riding trails and much much more including the beautiful and historic Old Reynella township.

Inside you will find a lot of great things too, great room sizes, huge windows, wide hallways, feature fireplace, glass sliding doors, and a secret I've been keeping under wraps for years, beautiful Jarrah floorboards! But I know I need some work but I'm ready and could you imagine me with a new kitchen leading out to a deck, or a nice extension I've got so much potential!

But if its my land your after that's fine too my time might be done and it could be better to build new with 700 sqm and 18m of frontage it's all up to you, subdivide and cut me in half and then this story can become two, my memories made by more than one family in something beautiful and new!
