Vendors Point of Interest
This house was built for us in 1993, we moved in on completion together with our 2 young adult children. It is a lovely family home and we have enjoyed many happy years here, wonderful Christmas celebrations, birthdays, graduations, and weddings. In recent years it has also been enjoyed by our grandchildren. So many happy memories it will be difficult to leave behind.
Recently we have installed a new kitchen with ergonomic features and a new ensuite. We have lovingly maintained both the house and gardens to a high standard. The reverse cycle air conditioner is also a new addition.
We are now ready for a new chapter in our lives and wish to downsize, as we no longer have the need for all the rooms and space. We would love to see a new family enjoy it as much as we have. The circuit is not very busy with mainly residents and their visitors using it. The surrounding neighbourhood has many amenities including shopping centres, doctor's surgeries, library, schools, sporting complexes and playgrounds, most within walking distance. Public transport is also very convenient.
We are hoping to find a smaller home in this vicinity as we love living in this area. We wish the new owners of our home a wonderful life within it and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we have.
