My Courtyards Rule...

"When on the search for the right ingredients for a perfect apartment it was hard to go past unit 5, as it has 2 courtyards with surprisingly private and green outlooks that immediately made it feel like home, but it didn't end there.

Inside further excited me, the kitchen was thoughtfully designed with proper bench space, the open plan area is well proportioned with nice shiny floorboards that overlooks courtyard 1, the bedroom has a huge double mirrored robe with a loveable 2nd peaceful courtyard setting and the bathroom is roomy with laundry taps.

The block, it's boutique by day and elegant by night and I immediately felt at ease with a secure car park and visitors intercom entrance. The street, I named it privileged Pender Street for all the obvious reasons it's surrounded by convenience, a gorgeous park and many cafe, dining or memorable party nights out on happening High Street.
