I might be small and in need of a face lift, but I sit on a block size of 808sqm (approx) and have the most amazing views from Melbourne, almost to Geelong. I appeared in the 1950s have 3 bedrooms, kitchen meals area, separate lounge, small deck, and large single garage.
I do have plans and permits for 2 double storey townhouses. So I guess it is out with the old and in with the new but only if that's what you want to do otherwise I'm happy to stay where I am.
