The owners of this property chose Wilson Real Estate Agents above all other agents for a couple of VERY GOOD REASONS.
Firstly... We GUARANTEED IN WRITING an anticipated selling range for them based upon FACTUAL and ACCURATE recently sold homes of a VERY SIMILIAR nature. What this meant for them was that if we were wrong they could choose to pay us what they thought was fair or NOTHING. That's fair.
Too many agents get paid their fixed fees and costs (which can amount to many thousands of dollars) IRRESPECTIVE of the outcome. That's not fair.
Secondly they chose Wilson Real Estate because we NEVER asked them for any money whatsoever (advertising and marketing expenses) in our search to find the buyer for their home… Ever!
Too many agents charge way too much up front (before they do anything at all) with no guarantee of a satisfactory sale result let alone a result at all (which is nearly never in writing OR guaranteed).
If you sell for less than what the agent promised or not at all YOU STILL MUST PAY! That's not fair.
