Interesting story behind this one!!

When first launched prior to Christmas, five great offers were received and home was Under Contract within days!

The winning bidder was 'subject to finance' BUT, unfortunately 4 weeks down the track, his finance was declined!! (Such a common problem in today's market as Banks have really tightened up!)

Many valuable weeks had been lost and this brought our unfortunate owner back to the start. The remaining buyers had meanwhile bought elsewhere! Aaaargh!!!

So back to the market we went after the Christmas break!

It was a very appealing home, offering a detached studio, a great rear garden and parking for two, so in a matter of just 3 weeks, another good offer came forward and the home was again SOLD! But this time, the finance was all approved very quickly!! Yeah!!

Patience and persistance delivered a happy ending!!
